2、 Scope of use

Flame retardant, fire-proof, low smoke halogen-free, low smoke halogen-free fire-proof copper core wire. The harmful smoke caused by the ignition of raw materials of insulation and protective layer in the flame is below the specified standard value. It is mainly used in multi-storey buildings, large shopping malls, chemical plants, commercial squares and other public utilities with AC rated current of 450/750v and below, as well as places with strong regulations on the flame-retardant characteristics of cables

3、 Application characteristics

1. The laying ambient temperature of cable shall not be less than 0 ℃

2. The long-term allowable temperature of PVC insulated cable shall not exceed 70 ℃, and the long-term allowable operating temperature of chemical crosslinked isoprene rubber insulated wire shall not exceed 105 ℃

3. The allowable bending radius of cable with outer diameter D less than 25mm shall not be less than 4D. The allowable bending radius of cable with outer diameter D of 25mm and the above cable shall not be less than 6dzc-bv and nh-bv.

Zc-bv: cable copper wire PVC insulated flame retardant cable: insulating material plus halogen-free flame retardant, leaving the fire without fire. Flame retardant bv wire is divided into three levels: A, B, C, and class A is better, and so on;

N-bv: cable copper wire PVC insulated fire-resistant wire: there is an insulating layer of fire-resistant insulation material between the PVC insulating layer and the copper conductor. Even if the plastic outer insulating layer is burned, there is also a fireproof layer, which will not cause short-circuit fault. When wiring, cut the fireproof layer at the junction. If it is not cut, the route is not conductive by the insulating layer. It can be used normally under the premise of normal fire.
