Within the temperature range, the product can be qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.

Take 13A British plug fuse as an example and test it according to BS1362 standard. The rated value of fuse tube bears 1.9 times the current and must be fused within half an hour; The rated value of fuse tube carries 1.6 times the current and cannot be fused within half an hour.
