What is PVC in cable?
BV wire is referred to as plastic copper wire, which is commonly referred to as: general purpose single-core hard conductor unsheathed power cable.
BV is the abbreviation of BTV: B category: cloth wire, T conductor: copper conductor, V insulation: polyvinyl chloride.
BV wires are divided into: ZA/ZB/ZC-BV and N-BV
ZA/AB/ZV-BV: Copper core PVC insulated flame retardant wire: The insulating material is added with flame retardant, and it will not burn when left open flame.
N-BV: copper core PVC insulated fire-resistant wire: it may be used normally under normal fire conditions.
BV wire use: general purpose single-core hard conductor unsheathed cable, suitable for cables and wires for energy devices, household appliances, instruments and telecommunication facilities with AC voltage of 450/750V and below.
Color of BV wire: It has the properties of acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance and mildew resistance.
Wire diameter of BV wire: often used bv wire diameter: 0.75 square, 1 square, 1.5 square, 2.5 square, 4 square, 6 square, 10 square, 16 square, 25 square, 35 square, 50 square, 70 square, 95 square , 120 square, 150 square, 185 square, 240 square etc.
BVR is used to display the soft wire, BV rubber and copper wire is displayed by BX, BV rubber and aluminum is displayed by BLX, BV plastic aluminum is displayed by BLV, fire-resistant BV wire is represented by N-BV, and flame-retardant BV wire is represented by ZA/ZB/ZC-BV exhibit;
Use of BV wire: ordinary insulated wire, household wire, is the type of wire that is often used.
