What is PVC flexible cable?
Definition：
The cable core is wound with thin copper wire to be the power cable of mobile equipment
According to its requirements, it can be divided into:
1. the conductor structure is multi strand soft structure, which is class 3 or class 4 conductor.
2. insulating and sheathing materials must have general electrical and physical properties,
It must be soft, oil resistant, low temperature resistant and flame retardant.
3. the flexible cables for crane and other lifting equipment tend to use flat cables instead of traditional round cables.
4. the lifting equipment with long power distribution distance and large power must adopt the form of high-voltage power distribution,
The corresponding flat cable must also be high-voltage flat cable.
Characteristic：
1. Flexible cables generally have the characteristics of acid-base resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, etc., and the shielding type has the performance of anti drying;
2. Low smoke and low halogen wires and cables have low smoke generation, less release of hydrogen chloride gas, and do not delay combustion, so they have little damage to other equipment, personal safety, environment and high safety in case of fire;
3. The XLPE insulated cable has large current capacity, light structure, and is not limited by the horizontal drop of laying. The short-term overload working temperature of the cable shall not exceed 130 ℃, the total short-circuit temperature of the line shall not exceed 250 ℃, and the longest duration shall not exceed 5 seconds;
4. The fire-resistant cable can work normally for more than 90 minutes under the flame condition of 750 ℃ -900 ℃, and its fire resistance characteristic test meets the requirements of gb12666.6.
