1. How is the wire and cable of the DC welding machine composed?

The electric welding machine cable is a single core, and the electrical conductor is oxygen-free copper. The diameter of the transmission line is very small, but there are many wires. Generally, many strands of copper wire are twisted to form multiple strands, which are then twisted into multiple strands and then twisted again. The power transmission line is generated, so the cable body of the DC welding machine is relatively thick, with hundreds of copper wires; the electrical conductor is wrapped with a high temperature resistant polyester film insulation layer, and the electric welding machine cable belongs to the plastic insulated wire, which is generally used for DC welding. The wiring of the secondary side of the machine and the special cable for connecting the welding tongs and the DC welding machine, this kind of cable has high current and low voltage. The material of the grommet is a mixture of natural rubber or neoprene, which has properties such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and flame retardancy. 1. YH: The insulation resistance and the grommet are combined into a layer, the thickness is thicker, and the material is a natural rubber mixture above 1.8mm;

2. YHF: Neoprene mixed material or rubber eraser mixed material is used as insulation layer, and neoprene mixed material is used as grommet.

4. Matters needing attention in the application of welding machine cables

1. Cable conductors with rated current of 450/750v, the long-term continuous operating temperature is 60℃;

2. In the event of a short-circuit fault, the temperature of the electrical conductor of the cable cannot exceed 160 °C;

3. Laying natural environment temperature: not lower than 0 ℃;

4. The bending radius of the cable of the electric welding machine is 6 times the diameter of the cable.
