What Is A BV Wire?

Bv wire is a single core wire, which is called plastic copper wire for short, and the full name is copper core polyethylene insulated cloth wire. B stands for cloth wire, V stands for PVC insulation. Bv wire has good conductivity and high melting point. Bv sells well in the market and is used very frequently in the market.

1、 Bv line is divided into zc-bv and n-bv

Zc-bv: copper core PVC insulated flame retardant wire: the insulating material is added with flame retardant, and it will not burn when leaving the open flame. Flame retardant bv wire is divided into three grades: A, B, C and so on. Among them, class A is better, and so on. The commonly used is zc-bv.

N-bv: copper core PVC insulated fire-resistant wire: it can still be used normally under normal fire conditions.

It is applicable to cables and wires for power devices, household appliances, instruments and telecommunications equipment with AC voltage of 450/750v and below, among which ordinary insulated wires and household wires are commonly used.
