Application and Features
The difference between single strand hook up wire and 2-core and 3-core cables:
Single strand hook up wire can be selected when the circuit with long line and large working current or underwater laying, in order to avoid or reduce intermediate joints, or when single core cable has better comprehensive technical economy than multi-core cable. It is suitable for low-voltage DC power supply circuit, and single core cable can be used when necessary.
2-core cable: when the neutral point of 1kV and below power supply is directly grounded, the number of cable cores of single-phase circuit should be 2-core cable when the protective wire and neutral wire share the same conductor. Suitable for DC power supply circuit, 2-core cable should be used.
3-core cable: when the neutral point of 1kV and below power supply is directly grounded, the number of cable cores of single-phase circuit is: when the protection wire and neutral wire are independent, 3-core cable should be used.
