1. The sealing head of the cable should be maintained during transportation and storage, and the sealing should be firmly sealed to prevent moisture ingress. When there is suspicion in the appearance, the damp judgment or experiment should be carried out. If the head is damaged during storage, it should be dealt with immediately.

2. Cable storage should be centralized and classified, and the type, voltage, standard, and length should be marked. There should be channels between the cable reels. The foundation should be solid, and when constrained by conditions, padding should be added under the plate, and no water should accumulate in the storage area. When the cable reel is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

3. The oil-filled cable should keep the pressure tank, oil pipe, valve and pressure gauge in good condition during transportation and storage. During the storage period, the oil pressure should be checked frequently and recorded, and the oil pressure should not be reduced to the lowest value. When the oil pressure drops to zero or presents a vacuum, it should be dealt with in time.
