Application and Features
ZC bv single conductor cable is a kind of flame-retardant polyethylene wire, which is made of copper core, so we can call it flame-retardant plastic copper wire for short. By taking apart different letter combinations, ZC means flame retardant, while the following letter bv represents plastic copper wire. The choice of flame-retardant characteristics of wires can effectively slow the combustion, mainly because an additive is added to the material, which can prevent the spread of fire or directly extinguish it when burning, reducing the effect of combustion.
ZC bv single conductor cable is mainly used for AC voltage below 450v-750v. There are many occasions requiring flame retardant, such as instruments or some wire equipment, including laying wires, which also need this kind of flame retardant wires and cables.
