Application and Features

The structure of the heat resistant flexible cable is a single core, which is generally composed of multiple copper wires,Multiple groups of copper wires constitute the conductor part of the electric welding machine cable, so the YH cable body is thick and there are hundreds of copper wires. A layer of heat-resistant polyester film is wrapped around the copper wires. The insulation layer is generally pure natural rubber and the copper wire is oxygen-free copper, so as to ensure the good conductivity of the core and the safety of the cable.

Heat resistant flexible cable is a neoprene mixture sheath with heat resistance, oil resistance and non flame retardancy. This product is applicable to the secondary side wiring and connection of electric welding machines with AC voltage not exceeding 200V and pulsating DC peak value 400V. The maximum operating temperature of the cable is 65 ℃.

Especially soft, with good bending performance. The sheath material is natural rubber or neoprene mixture, which can be applied to different occasions.
