Application and Features
Non metallic sheathed wire is widely used. Nm-b cable is usually used for residential devices, switches and loads with a rated temperature of at least 90 º C. The current carrying capacity limit of NM-B type shall comply with the conductor temperature rating of 60 º C specified in the national electrical code. The rated voltage of NM-B is 600 V, which is suitable for exposed and concealed work in normal dry places. Type NM-B can be installed or fixed in voids and joints and in masonry or tile walls that will not be exposed to excessive moisture or moisture and will not be affected by excessive moisture.
Non metallic sheathed wire is solid core or stranded tinned copper wire with low resistance and good conductivity. Silicone rubber is adopted, which has good insulation effect and can withstand high temperature of 200 ℃.
